The Karl Pfaffmann Selection Grauburgunder Trocken is a high-quality dry white wine from the Palatinate region in Germany, made from carefully selected Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) grapes. This wine has a beautiful light golden color and offers a rich aroma of ripe peach, apricot and yellow apple, with subtle hints of almonds and a touch of minerality.

The taste is full and creamy, with a nice balance between the fruity notes and a light spiciness. The wine has a refined acidity, which provides an elegant structure and a long, soft aftertaste. This Grauburgunder is excellent to combine with dishes such as risotto, poultry, pork or soft cheeses.
