The Recas Sauvignon Blanc is a lively, fresh white wine from the Banat region in Romania, produced by the Recas Winery. This wine has a light, bright straw yellow color and offers an aroma of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit, combined with green apple and subtle grassy notes.

The taste is crisp and fresh, with a nice balance between the fruity and mineral notes. The aftertaste is refreshing and pleasant, making this Sauvignon Blanc perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to salads, light fish dishes and goat cheese. This wine shows that Romania is also capable of producing elegant and characterful white wines.
